We are a tight-knit team of over 20 skilled artisans and one master jeweler, hailing from the vibrant cities of Medellin and Cali in Colombia.
Our team members are deeply connected to their communities, where they proudly uphold the time-honored traditions passed down by their ancestors.
Crafting each piece by hand is more than just a job for them - it's a legacy they feel privileged to carry on. We're grateful to be able to collaborate with them, spreading the beauty and quality of their crafts-woman-ship to customers all over the world.

I am Carolina Baena, founder, designer, and creative director of Jetlagmode!
In 2014, I was inspired by the desire to make a difference in the world and infuse my vibrant spirit with bold and playful energy into unique and sustainable design pieces. I created the brand to bring people together by telling stories through the universal language of accessories, putting together a team of Colombian single-mother-artisans who collaborate in the production of my vision to offer a connection to the world and the skilled hands that make them.
