This piece was created by Doña Amparo, the knitting and crochet expert.
The inside of this handbag is made in a very tight fabric that is achieved with a stitch technique called low crochet. On the outside it has another layer made with a very special fabric that gives to it a different and stylized texture called the midpoint stitch. It ends with a cascade of thread to give movement to the final piece.
The crochet work takes approx 3 days and the handle, created completely by hand in teak wood, is made by Luis, one of our other experts, and it takes about 3 days to complete.
